Storage Instructions:
If it's still raw, store it at room temperature until the ripe date for the date has been printed on the packaging. When it's ripe, store it in the refrigerator. The shelf life of Tape Ketan after being cooked at room temperature is up to 14 days and 1 month in cold temperatures. The best storage is at cold temperatures because it can maintain quality.

Notes :
